Our Chairman, Ed Mackenzie Smith founded the company in 1992, with our Managing Director Steve Tetlow, who works with our Operations Director, Tracey Easton, to continually drive the business forward, having created a strong reputation and brand in our 27 years of business. We have a long-term approach to the direction of our business, and whilst we’re not averse to trying new concepts and ideas, we will not take risks to jeopardise the future of Mackenzie Smith, you can be assured a steady and consistent approach from management.

You’ll also be supported by an in-house marketing team, who have the full support of the board to deliver quality, fresh and innovative marketing concepts, ensuring strong communication with local residents and a polished presentation to the public, along with providing you with the tools you’ll need to succeed.

Your team will provide a friendly, yet competitive environment to work in, with numeration packages reflecting both individual and team performances. We also strive to offer an enhanced work/life balance, with structured work hours and holiday.
