October kicks off the season’s festivities in style. From vibrant firework displays to traditional harvest festivals, the local communities have spared no efforts to bring you a whole host of great family entertainment.

With the festive season just around the corner, many may be hoping for October to be the calm before the storm. Quite to the contrary, October is a season of colour and light and certainly lives up to its attributes, by kicking the season off with a whole host of lively festivals. There is so much to celebrate during this month, from Harvest, a time for thanks, to Fireworks Night and Diwali, in honour of righteousness. Our local communities have gone to great lengths to bring some great family entertainment, many with proceeds going to local charities and schools.
