Ed Mackenzie Smith, the Managing Director, heads the department and has many years of experience dealing with developers such as Martin Grant, Bewley Homes, Natta Country Homes, Berkeley Homes, Cove Homes and Greenchester Homes as well as individuals selling personal plots of land. Katherine Gray has been with the company since October 2009. 

Through studying Land and Property Law at the University of the West of England and the College of Law in Guildford, Katherine has become very knowledgeable and passionate about working in land; this comes across through her enthusiasm and dedication to projects.
