I have always had a soft spot for Zebon Copse ever since the development was brand new and I was working for an agent selling on behalf of Admiral Homes way back in 1991. Even back then you could see that it was going to be a great place to live.
Over the years Zebon Copse has matured and now provides a great environment for young families, professional couples and anyone wanting a safe environment with good amenities.
It is true that a lot of tenants want to be as close to a mainline station as possible and that is why Elvetham Heath and Ancells Farm prove very popular, but interestingly 37% of the properties recently let on Zebon Copse have been two bedroom houses suggesting that young professional couples are quite happy to rent a little further out to benefit from a more established environment. As expected the family homes are very popular with tenants with over a quarter of those properties let recently being four bedrooms.
It is a combination of the pleasant surroundings and excellent access to Fleet, Odiham and Hook plus the access to the M3 at junction 4a or 5 that makes this development a popular choice for tenants.
