Yateley really is a thriving community with a whole host of local sporting groups, hobby sessions and fundraising events. To help plan your month and showcase some of the community run events taking place this month, we’ve put together a small snapshot.

8th – 9th September: Yateley Cask & Cork Festival 2017

CASK AND CORKFollowing on from last year’s inaugural success this year’s Yateley Cask and Cork Festival promises to be an exciting event with the community at its heart. This year we’re honoured to be the proud sponsors of the event.

With many beers, lagers, wines and ciders from the best local breweries, vineyards and orchards, as well as delicious food from quality providers and entertainment from up-and-coming talent, the Festival will become a fixture on your social calendar for years to come!

Whether you want to come and taste something a little bit different, reacquaint yourself with an old favourite, or simply enjoy the late summer sun with friends and family, there’s something for everyone. We can promise fun (lots of it), sun (we hope!!), and a drink (or two, or three…)

This event will be joint organised by the Yateley United Football Club and the Yateley Cricket Club.

All profits will go to give continued support to these clubs to maintain and improve these facilities within the Yateley Community giving its youth on-going sports opportunities.
