Land & New Homes

We are looking for a residential Estate Agent either at Senior Negotiator or Manager level who will consider a move from residential sales into a different role in Estate regus-ancells-business-park-fleetAgency.

This role will be to work with our Managing Director, Ed Mackenzie Smith, along with our Land Manager, Katherine Gray to further develop the department.

The role requires the ability to advise clients selling or buying land as well as providing advice to developers on the sale of new homes. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is an ambitious approach and attention to detail. Customer service is absolutely paramount.

Although residential agency skills are required, we can provide in-house training with regard to the land and planning element of the role.

Ideally, we require an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial mind who can assess opportunities and think ‘outside of the box’ for the benefit of our clients.

Salary levels are limited only by the individual, not the market place.

Residential Lettings: Full Time Senior Lettings Negotiator

103511-1Due to the continued expansion of our lettings department, we are looking for an experienced individual who can provide excellent customer service and drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will focus on creating new business opportunities. This will involve advising prospective clients on all aspects of letting their property and giving them an insight into the superb service we provide to attract the very best tenants.

Applicants must have a complete understanding of the lettings process and ideally be ARLA qualified.

This is a full time and challenging role for someone looking to further their established career in the lettings industry, someone who is able to produce results in a competitive market.

The ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative is essential.

The position is ideally suited to senior lettings negotiators looking to prove their ability and to grow with the company. Candidates must show ambition and a willingness to take personal responsibility for achieving goals and targets set by the company.
