Our Hook office is about to undergo an overdue refit.
We managed to purchase the freehold of the building in 2014 and have secured planning permission to improve the shop front. We have been trading in Hook for the best part of 18 years now and still see the benefits of trading from a high street office – particularly in a village. The refurbishment of all our offices started about eighteen months ago and all of our other branches with the exception of Fleet has been completed.
The refurbishment of our Hook office starts in early in July and should take no longer than two to three weeks.
“I have seen the clear benefits that the other offices have experienced and I think my clients will be pleased to see the Mackenzie Smith office – which probably occupies the most prominent position in Hook – upgraded and promoting our services and their properties in the best possible light.
“Although the web has removed a great deal of need for people to visit our offices it still surprises me how many people still like to make the effort. I put this down to the basic desire of most people to conduct business on a face to face basis. We are very much a customer focused business and it’s important that we retain an identity within the village and that we are accessible.”
Both of these offices have had a very successful year and welcome the opportunity to advise clients on any property matter.
