The latest data on market trends*  shows that new instruction levels have remained broadly flat for the last 3 months, with a slight dip in April, no doubt election related.

However, new buyer numbers, certainly in our business, have increased month on month since February, an indication of pent up demand and little supply.

Those who bring their property to the market for sale in June and July will benefit from this, with more viewings per property than at the start of the year, and a higher chance of achieving the asking price.
