What a journey, the last ten months has been, we wish to thank you both for the professionalism and support you have given to us through each stage of marketing our property and the disappointment as we have lost the sale and that terrible day when we nearly exchanged contract. We've been delighted with the support and service that you have personally given to us during the sale of the flat - truly 5 * throughout. Thank you also for taking the meter readings, which has proved to be very useful, especially as the initial buyer had instructed another energy company to take over from the current one without our consent, resulting in my other half having to spend two hours on the telephone yesterday to unravel the problem and get us back with the original company to pay the final bill!
