We regularly publish news on the local property market from our five branches; in Fleet, Farnborough, Hook, Hartley Wintney and Ash Vale, where our staff, particularly branch managers, regularly contribute and provide local insight, hints and tips and reflect on national trends.

Editorialised featured properties are a main staple of our blog with properties for sale and to let showcased, as well as updates on new homes developments and individual new homes plots. Stories are published on any events we are involved in, with local schools, groups or charities, as well as any competitions we might be running.

We also have contributions from Andrew Fagg on the latest Mortgage products and trends – as well as regular market updates from our founder and managing director, Ed Mackenzie Smith, who has over 40 years experience in the local property market, consults with the Bank of England and is a long term member of the NAEA.
