The Hartley Wintney office of Mackenzie Smith has recently undergone a refurbishment to modernise the branch and provide both a better working environment for staff and a better showroom from which to showcase properties for sale.
The office now benefits from a radical new look featuring illuminated displays, a feature poster wall and a huge map of the local area, which is proving to be a great talking point and a very useful illustration for those visiting the office or moving to the area.
Branch Manager and Sales Director Stephen Tetlow commented, “Following the refit we have had a number of current and former clients comment that the office looks so much larger and brighter and that they much prefer both the illuminated window display and the size of the photographs in particular.
“The map is proving to be a massive talking point and when backlit at night we know that people are drawn to both the window and internal displays.”
The office was last updated about 10 years ago so has seen many happy purchasers and satisfied sellers through its doors during this time and although our traditional village office has always served well it was in need of an update. As one client put it “The office now conveyed the fact that we are a successful business in the village”.
“From a personal point of view I certainly feel the office design and its presentation enhances how we promote our clients homes to applicants walking in off the street, and when talking to clients the new refurbishment supports and reflects our high quality service.
