High demand for property meeting the criteria of tenants is not met by availability, presenting a challenge renters.

What tenants know is they need more choice.

We have particularly high demand for two and three bedroom houses and apartments in the areas of Fleet, Farnborough, Hook, Elvetham Heath and Odiham.

Fleet, Farnborough and Hook are particularly appealing to tenants, offering a short commute by rail to London, quick access to the M3, inviting local communities and good schools.

Elvetham Heath has its own unique identity and community, somewhat separated from the body of Fleet, this development, wrapped around a nature reserve provides a healthy mix of property and a pleasant environment for residents.

Odiham may not seem obvious as a place for high rental demand but, given the recent publicity of the village with the 800th Anniversary Magna Carta Celebrations, combined with the beautiful historic surrounds, countryside and proximity to the M3 and the amenities of more modern Hook Village, perhaps it’s not so surprising.

Just like landlords, tenants come in all shapes and sizes, all ages and from all walks of life so there is need for a variety of property in the rental market from family homes to bungalows and apartments.
