Our marketing team can work directly with the developer to ensure a highly responsive service, with a level of autonomy the developer client feels is appropriate. We are able to provide all our above mentioned services in house and are also comfortable liaising with outside parties such as creative agencies to facilitate a smooth and cohesive marketing campaign to support the sale of new homes.
Managing New Homes sales
The sales staff in our offices work diligently with their database of purchasers to find buyers for new homes, often swiftly facilitating the sale of a buyer’s property to enable their purchase. Having dealt with New Homes sales over many years from our offices in Hook, Hartley Wintney, Fleet, Farnborough and Ash Vale, we are familiar with the process of reserving new homes, working within developer guidelines and processes, negotiating home personalisation and liaising closely with our marketing team and developers to keep everyone involved up to date with progress and fully informed of any new priorities. Although New Homes sales are often carried out from the nearest Mackenzie Smith branch with accompanied site visits, we have managed and staffed on site sales centres and show homes for many developments from smaller schemes of around 9-12 houses which have a shorter sales period, to becoming part of the community on large multi phased developments where we have been situated for several years.
