Ash Manor Fete

Summer 2010 Ash Manor School fete in June boasted a fantastic turnout to enjoy the stalls and activities hosted by pupils, teachers and the PTA.  Each house ran their own activities raising a staggering £835.51 for the house charities; Naomi Hospice, Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, Hope for Uganda and Great Ormond Street Hospital.  Activities included face painting and other classic fete staples as well as refreshments provided by the PTA.  The fete was a lively event which really brought the school community together as a great social and charitable day in the school calendar. At Mackenzie Smith we were pleased to offer our support in the form of sponsorship and assisting in promoting the event.
