Great news for buyers and sellers, all our properties are listed on our iPhone App.  Property details are now marketed through more channels; with advertising in the local newspaper, great coverage online through our www.mackenziesmith.co.uk website as well as leading portal www.Rightmove.co.uk; now the Mackenzie Smith Application ensures we can capture property hunters on the go.

Aside from the huge popularity of Apps and the practicality of having this handy search tool in your pocket we have monitored our web traffic and noted an increase in traffic from mobile sources, around double the traffic compared to last year, the majority form iPhones and iPads. This App is designed to meet the needs of property hunters who are increasingly accessing information through a smart phone.

The app is fully functional allowing the user to select which branch is central to their search area, maximum and minimum price and number of bedrooms. The user can then scroll through results, view full property details, see all property photos which pop up to full screen for easier viewing, view the location of property on a satellite, map or hybrid view with usual zooming functionality, email to friend or call agent.
