For sale boards are a must. Many enquiries
come from boards. If someone knows the area your home is in,
has looked at the outside and wants to view it, then there
is a good chance they will be interested. |

If you are going away or are out a lot, leave a key with
the agent. if people cannot view when they want to they may
think you are not serious about moving. |

Inform your neighbour if you are moving and,
in turn, any pending viewing. |
