Ash Vale

Ash Vale is surrounded by semi-rural landscape offering country walks, being situated approximately 10 miles from Guildford - the county town of Surrey - and is close to the Basingstoke canal offering fishing and boating facilities. Ash Vale also benefits from having a choice of three railway stations to London, with easy road links to the A3 and M25.


Basingstoke

Basingstoke is the third largest town in Hampshire, situated 48 miles southwest of London, surrounded by villages and benefitting from an above average standard of living and low unemployment. The centre boasts the brand new Festival Place shopping mall incorporating three department stores and a large multi-screen cinema. Good quality schooling is offered to all age groups, including a small campus of the University of Winchester.


Camberley

Farnborough

Fleet offers its own high street incorporating supermarkets, shops, public houses and good restaurants with good access to local towns, such as Farnborough, Camberley, and Guildford. Schools in the area are many and varied offering a high standard of education. London Waterloo can be reached in 45 minutes via the mainline station.


HartleyWintney

Hartley Wintney - being a past winner of the Best Kept Village in Hampshire - has one of the oldest cricket grounds and many other sites of historical interest. Hook

Hook village enjoys excellent position for commuters with Junction 5 of the M3 located half a mile away, the M4 situated within 8 miles and a mainline station to London Waterloo within 55 minutes.
