Instruct Mortgage Advice Bureau to
submit a mortgage application on your behalf. This will entail
completing a suitable mortgage application form and paying
the appropriate survey and valuation fees.
Instruct your chosen solicitor to commence the conveyancing process on your
proposed purchase. In order for your purchase to proceed, your solicitor will
require funds from you so they can apply for local authority and other related
searches etc. The process also entails your solicitor raising suitable enquiries
once a draft contract has been received from the sellers solicitors.
Liaise with Mackenzie Smith, Mortgage Advice Bureau and your chosen solicitor and proceed to exchange of
contracts. Following the receipt of your formal mortgage offer
(if applicable), your solicitors will then complete their enquiries
in order to enable you to be in a position to exchange contracts.
At this point, it is important that you have suitable deposit
funds and have an agreement in principle with regard to proposed
completion dates.
Please feel free to speak to any of the residential negotiators in
the offices of Mackenzie Smith who will be happy
to assist with any aspect of either your sale or purchase.
