It is not often that I don’t ever meet one of my clients face to face but sometimes it’s not possible for a client to be there in the flesh to deal with their sale.

This example has given me an excellent opportunity to illustrate our dedication to offering a full service to our clients. Even without any face to face contact the sale has been successfully put together, to the delight of the client, whose feedback is shown below.

Despite the vendor being out of the area or even out of the country, and often out of contact completely, we managed to liaise with all parties involved, by phone, e-mail and text message to come to a successful property sale.

Having never met the vendor we communicated progress to them regularly and engaged with other parties to keep the sale moving forward. We were particularly in touch with our clients solicitor, collected the keys from a third party, had the property particulars approved online and we acted to help our client do what they couldn’t by reading their meter, among other actions.

I’m pleased that this has been such a success and it goes to show the importance of mobile communications and the internet in breaking down the challenges of working for people who don’t stay in one place for very long.

My apologies for not getting back to you before now, but we’ve been on the road in the SE of the country with no internet access. We’ve been delighted with the support and service that you have personally given to us during the sale of the flat – truly 5 * throughout. Thank you also for taking the meter readings, which has proved to be very useful, especially as the initial buyer had instructed another energy company to take over from the current one without our consent, resulting in my other half having to spend two hours on the telephone yesterday to unravel the problem and get us back with the original company to pay the final bill!
