The blossoming town is set along the fringes of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, and is exceptionally well positioned for road links to London. Findings of the rail services highlighted the average interval between trains being just 12 minutes and the journey to London lasting 38 minutes, giving you enough time to manage your emails. The service was deemed to be reliable with regular train services and ability to find a seat. The overall performance of the trains measured an impressive 90.30%, in terms of consistent reliability. The town was also noted for its cost effectiveness, with an annual cost of train tickets amounting to £4,703 in addition to the annual cost of parking at the station accounted as £1,100. The average house price here, in comparison to other popular commuter towns, was also remarkably low, standing at an average of £279,730.
