As we enter the last few days of the year I can report that demand for New Homes in our area is still very healthy and any dip in visitor numbers is as much to do with lack of available stock rather than the time of year.

Clearly without land, our developer clients can’t build and we welcome any enquiries from anyone who thinks they may have land suitable for residential development. Despite recent government initiatives to get the housing market moving, unlocking suitable land for development remains a challenge.
