Is a suburb and former village on the southern edge of Fleet, located 39 miles south west of London. The Queen Elizabeth Barracks were established in Church Crookham in 1971 for the 1st Battalion oft he Gurkha Rifles, the Battalion vacated the barracks in August 2000 and Bryant Homes bought the site for development in 2002. Another well known site is Tweseldown race course. This track was used for the steeplechase event in the 1948 London Olympics. Another local landmark is Redfields Garden Centre, however Redfields House is part of the buildings that now encompass St Nicholas' School. The Basingstoke Canal passes through Church Crookham.
