Full-Time Senior Lettings Negotiator

Due to the continued expansion of our lettings department we are looking for an experienced individual who can provide excellent customer service and drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will focus on creating new business opportunities. This will involve advising prospective clients on all aspects of letting their property and giving them an insight into the superb service we provide including the marketing of their property, using a blend of proven traditional methods and cutting edge marketing techniques to attract the very best quality tenants.

Applicants must have a complete understanding of the lettings process and ideally be ARLA qualified.

This is a full time and challenging role for someone looking to further their already established careers in the Lettings industry and able to produce results in a competitive market.

The ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative is essential.

This position is ideally suited to senior lettings negotiators looking to prove their ability and to grow with the company.  Candidates must have ambition and a willingness to take personal responsibility for achieving the goals and targets set by the company.

Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to be based in our Hartley Wintney branch.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enabling every customer to be greeted enthusiastically in order to build rapport. You will be expected to qualify applicants, be organised and follow up every opportunity.

The role requires a selection of administrative duties to support the branch and allow for every vendor and client to have accurate details of appropriate prospects.

We require previous estate agency experience due to the nature of the role, in addition to the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
