Founded in 1992 by experienced and business minded estate agents Ed Mackenzie Smith and fellow shareholder Stephen Tetlow, we will be celebrating our 20th Birthday in 2012. Mackenzie Smith have been selling property across the North Hampshire and Surrey border area successfully for some time now from our five linked offices in Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Farnborough and Ash Vale.

Ed and Stephen have worked together in the industry since 1978 and decided they wanted to build a Company in the Fleet and surrounding area specialising in the sale of residential property, land and new homes and to offer all clients the best possible service and of course ensure they achieved the result each client required.

Over the years we have acted for thousands of clients and continue to be recommended by friends, family and the business community generally; see our testimonial section for some of our client’s comments. The company has weathered the economic ups and downs of the last few years, emerging leaner, fitter, wiser and ready for the challenges ahead.

There is a great deal of interaction between our five branches because we operate in a relatively small area, mainly between and either side of junction 4 and 6 of the M3 corridor. Each branch is well presented and acts as a hub for marketing, a welcoming face to face contact location for those wishing to sell or buy property and a base for our agents.

All our clients’ properties are marketed through our network of local offices via a powerful software system enabling us to match buyers with properties at a touch of a button. Having a strong group of offices and agents in the area means we have true local knowledge putting us in a good position to advise our clients on issues from schooling and amenities to transport links.

Each of our five offices is run by an experienced Branch Manager or Associate Director, supported by equally capable team of Senior Client Managers and Negotiators. We handle our customers in a very individual manner through assigning each client a Personal Client Manager, so our valued customers get all the attention and support they deserve throughout the selling process.
