Mortgage Advisor

Our financial services are supported by Davenport, who are in turn searching for an additional Mortgage Advisor to assist Mackenzie Smith clients.

If you are experienced, ethical and customer focused, we’d like to hear from you. Here at Mackenzie Smith, and true to Davenport also, we pride ourselves on excellent service, it is therefore important that the ideal candidate continues this attitude.

The ability to form strong working relationships is also crucial for this role as to succeed within the role will involve working with the full team at Mackenzie Smith, successfully driving business and assisting clients.

We ask for a proven track record and FCA qualifications. The role is full time and ideal for someone who is looking to further an established career with the potential of unlimited earnings.

Full time Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our lettings department is currently going from strength to strength, seeing an unprecedented level of activity. As such, we are looking for an experienced individual who can provide excellent service to our landlords and tenants and succeed in driving the business forward.

The successful candidate will focus on creating new opportunities; advising prospective clients and offering an insight into the superb service we provide.

Applicants must be ARLA qualified.

This is both a challenging and rewarding full time role for someone who is looking to further an established career in lettings to produce results in a competitive market.

The ability to work successfully within our lettings team, and of their own initiative is essential.

This position would be ideal for a Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking to prove their ability and grow with the company.
