About the Fleet Team

The Fleet office was the first Mackenzie Smith branch to open and has been successfully established in the town since 1992, enjoying consistently impressive results throughout various market conditions and economic climates.

Associate Director Michael Lloyd has run the branch for seven years and has fifteen years Estate Agency experience in the area. He is supported by Assistant Branch Manager Paul Johnston, who boasts 20 years experience within the industry and has run and managed several high profile offices within the Thames Valley area, and Senior Client Manager Michael Childs, who also has several years experience in Estate Agency. The team has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and property market and are assisted by Deborah Anderson who has joined the team to manage the admin/secretarial side of the office and also boasts over 20 years of experience in this role.

The branch is situated in a very central location in Fleet town centre and predominantly deals with the sale of residential property in Fleet, Church Crookham and the surrounding villages such as, Crookham Village, Dogmersfield and Ewshot.

Our well reputed Land Department is also based in Fleet, though covers the whole area of our network of offices.

There is a constant demand for property in Fleet and Church Crookham with buyers attracted to the vast array of different types of property within the area. Character properties can be found in locations such as 'The Blue Triangle' and 'Pondtail' whilst more modern dwellings can be found on Elvetham Heath, Zebon Copse and Ancells Farm.
